We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) under numberZC028210 and we follow UK data-protection law.

We only collect the following personal data if you choose to provide it:

·      Your email address, when you join our wait list, contact us or subscribe to updates or newsletters.

·      Responses to surveys

We do not use cookies, analytics tools, or any form of tracking technology.

We use your information to:

  • send updates about UnDoubt and early access opportunities with your consent
  • run surveys and research to understand our users better (legitimate interest),
  • analyse responses and identify patterns to improve the service, and
  • reply to questions or feedback.

We never sell your information and don’t use it for advertising.

We sometimes use trusted service providers who help us send emails or run surveys (for example Google Forms).They act only on our instructions and can’t use your data for anything else.

  • Early Access sign-ups – until you unsubscribe or for up to 12 months after launch, whichever comes first.
  • Survey and interview data – kept for up to 12 months after analysis then anonymised or deleted.
  • Technical logs – kept for security purposes only and deleted regularly.

If you choose to become a customer of UnDoubt later, we’ll ask you to accept a new privacy policy at that time.

- Access, correct, or delete your personal data;

- Withdraw your consent at any time;

- Complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (www.ico.org.uk) if you’re unhappy
